"Changing Styles"

I call this look "Prep Grunge". Everyone knows I'm a prep at heart. I'm heavily influenced by Ralph Lauren and Rugby but for the last season I went through a dark and grunge phase. I decided that today I would mix both worlds together. By taking a distressed sweatshirt and pairing it with slim fit JCrew Cords, I brought it all in at the waist with a plaid button up. I topped the outfit with a classic trench coat and low cut boots. This look is something that every prep should try. It's taking the dark influences but adding a need pop of color.
